Those with symptoms of COVID-19 or test Covid positive should follow the guidance from the Washington State Department of Health (WSDOH) which directs us to allow students back to school when symptoms are improving, and they have not had a fever for 24 hrs. (while not using a fever-reducing medication). What To Do When You Are Sick With COVID-19 or Another Respiratory Virus | Washington State Department of Health
Sequim School District has free IntelliSwab COVID-19 Rapid Home Test kits from the WSDOH that we can provide you with upon request. The FDA has extended the expiration date on these kits from 09-22-2023 to 09-22-2024. If you used at at-home test, report your positive result to Washington’s COVID-19 hotline at 1-800-525-0127. (You no longer need to contact the Sequim School District to report results.)
